At GARDENPAVOWIN, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process.
Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, in the same condition as when it was received.
- In its original packaging, including any tags or accessories.
How to Return an Item

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you return instructions, and you can ship the item back to our address at 232 W Ash St, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same procedure as a return. You can choose to receive a replacement or opt for a different item of equal value.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return and issue a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
Late Returns
Returns made after the 30-day period are subject to approval. If your return is approved, we may offer you store credit instead of a full refund.
