REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, in the same condition as when it was received.
  • In its original packaging, including any tags or accessories.

How to Return an Item

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. We will send you return instructions, and you can ship the item back to our address at 232 W Ash St, Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same procedure as a return. You can choose to receive a replacement or opt for a different item of equal value.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

Late Returns
